An entire generations-old tea garden is shaded two-weeks before harvest, ensuring leaves that are supple, vibrant and nutrient rich. Once steamed and dried, the deveined leaves are stone-milled to create a delicious, healthy, and high focus indulgence.
1.5g (1/2 tsp) per 250ml (8 fl.oz.)
