I received two 100g pouches of this matcha and upon opening the first pouch, I was met with a dull, lifeless looking matcha. Hoping that it would taste better than it looked, I gave it a try anyways. Following the instructions on the pouch as well as attempting to brew it at a lower temperature resulted in the similar strong notes of bitter astringency with an almost sour mouth feel, all indications of stale and/or low quality matcha. I finished the first pouch while waiting for a response from support, and the second pouch greeted me with the same, so it does not feel like a one off.

Attempts at contacting support were met with silence, but I hope to inform any future customers that should you have trouble with your product, it may be difficult or impossible to get a response. Very poor experience in both product quality and customer service.

Taste great and has a nice creamy texture. I would definitely purchase again!
