Shipping and Returns

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Canada and the 48 contiguous US states when you spend $60 or more before taxes, and a flat fee of $11 for orders less than $60. For express shipping please refer to the rates offered on the shipping page.


International customers please refer to the rate options offered on the shipping page. Please note that for orders shipped outside of Canada we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy Blink Tea as much as we do, but please note that we are unable to exchange or refund the purchase of any loose leaf tea or any of our food products. We will grant exchanges or refunds only for unused, regular priced tea accessory products. You must notify us of your return or exchange at support@blinktea.com within 15 days of the date the order was shipped in order to issue an exchange or refund. To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or the order number.


We will gladly issue a refund or exchange the tea accessory product once it is shipped back to us and received, provided that it is in the original packaging, is unused, and is in re-saleable condition. In the case of a refund, please understand that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your original payment method, which is beyond the control of Blink Tea. For exchanges, please note that we can only perform exchanges for the same item.


You are responsible for shipping your item back to us with its original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. If you are shipping item(s) with a value over $75 we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
