How to make Organic Lapsang Souchong Ice Wine
Ingredients:
- 250 ml (8 oz) of ice wine (we used a Riesling)
- 3 g (1 heaping teaspoon) Organic Lapsang Souchong
- Pour ice wine into a large glass or glass measuring cup.
- Add loose-leaf Organic Lapsang Souchong.
- Let steep for one hour, strain tea leaves.
- Cool ice wine back to its optimal serving temperature.
- Pour into small glasses, distribute to guests and enjoy!
