A Chinese varietal green tea pan-fired and crafted by hand, resulting in a nutty, toasted flavour profile. The tea master flattens the leaves in the firing wok, giving them a distinct blade-like appearance and complex taste. Dragonwell was designated an Imperial tea in the 17th century, and the very same original bushes are harvested to this day.
