Making a Chamomile Celery Sour

You read it right, celery in a drink other than a Bloody Mary. And this time it's teamed up with of all things, Organic Chamomile Lemongrass. Its fresh apple and hay tasting notes offer a lovely laid-back contrast to the bold earthiness of good ole celery. Enjoy this mocktail straight up in a chilled glass, or over ice with a splash of soda or tonic water. The Chamomile Celery Sour is a quirky, refreshing and delicious winner!

Prepping this recipe comes in two parts, neither of which is difficult. You can easily make everything ahead of time. Leftover celery simple syrup will give other nonalcoholic or spirited cocktails a vegetal lift. Organic Chamomile Lemongrass Tea box, tea leaves and tea liquor
